If I could put zero stars I would. I just closed on my home and had to wire money. Banker's Bank is the middle man for the Loan company I used and the Title Company.... I wired them money TWICE and they sent it back to me both times. I was an hour late to my closing because I had to go to the bank and get a cashiers check instead. This cost me $25 from my bank and $25 from them (which was never disclosed to me) BOTH TIMES. My bank... JP Morgan Chase, graciously erased both of their fees since the wire never processed. Bankers Bank said that the title companies bank would have to call them to figure out why the wires got sent back to me and what the fees were for. They refused to help ME! When I'm the one they stole money from. I am LIVID. I will never use them and I highly recommend that no one does.
I normally don't write reviews on here, but I am extremely disappointed with the website design as it is difficult and confusing to navigate let alone to just get logged in.
