Good bank, never had a negative experience with the branch or in using web access. Good service too - nice people, they greet you by name and open the door for you if they are not with a customer.
Absolutely disappointed in customer service! Jessica was the rudest support person I have ever spoken too. Completely out of line in her attitude towards me in regards to a matter I was told would be taken care of months ago. Definitely do not recommend.
This is a bank that genuinely cares about its customers. Above and beyond customer service- the little extra touches really make a difference.
