This was my first visit to Morgan Shoes and I was treated just like royalty. Paige was the expert that I had the pleasure of working with; she was AMAZING. I say that because she excelled at listening to my special needs and used her 18 plus years of knowledge to fit my special needs for footwear. The last year has been more painful with my feet than ever before in my lifetime. Three decades in the hospitality and food service industry has left me with permanent damage to anything below the waistline. A recent injury and a full knee replacement in January has had me walking like I am on sharp spikes. Paige not only found the right shoe and inserts for my feet but also explained WHY I needed what she suggested. I have been in a sales position now for nearly 4 years and know more about the difference between selling verses assisting the customer. I was not sold to but I was genuinely helped. Thank you Paige for the passion and knowledge you shared with me on my first visit. I am sure you give every customer the same level of professionalism and I will return again to work with you. I would highly recommend to everyone to visit Morgan's Shoes and ask to work with Paige. She is a treasure.

I'm not sure why people are complaining but I had an exceptional experience.nI was in town for the day with my dog and not only was I welcomed, but so was my beautiful dog. Mary was my salesperson and she listened to what I needed and wanted (and my foot issues) and hit it on the first pair. She was very kind and I felt well cared for-even offered water.nI wish I lived closer, or hard more money, or both!

Very helpful staff.nThey take the time to measure my kid's feet every time, just to be sure that the fit is good. They give good advice as well with respect to the types of shoes and soles that are best for early walking.nAs well, they've got a good selection of kid's shoes, boots and even wool socks.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Morgan's! About a year ago I went in with horrible feet pain. They took their time showing me and suggesting products. Most recently I re-ordered the inserts I have been using and by mistake was only shipped 1 instead of 2. I emailed the next day and got a email response and a phone call from them right away! Brian apologized for the mistake and said that he was shipping out the missing pair right away. That is great customer service. I will continue to refer my friends and shop here myself!
