Very nice new facility. It's well-signed & easy to find where you need to go once inside. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because some handicapped parking stalls are taken up for low-emitting, electric cars. What's up with that??? Why do THEY get priority parking??? Also, the bolt affixing these signs is right where the beginning of the word 'emitting ' is, thus making it very difficult to read. And, as noted above, I couldn't imagine/had never seen such primo parking spaces reserved/signed for such vehicles, so it wasn't a 'given' that I would/should know what they said.

Very rude staff. The nurses/doc are not willing to listen. Just because they hold degree doesn’t mean they are right. Same for the doctors. I have been going to this clinic for the past 15 years and never walked out with a good experience. I changed my doctor to a different clinic. During my pregnancy this was the closest clinic. My whole pregnancy went horrible just because doctors didn’t listen. It’s a long story but if I get a chance to complain for each doc and staff I have a big list with each name and visit details. After my pregnancy, I go to this clinic for my kids pediatrician. As a parent, I can know my children better than these people without kids. Back in 2013 when my kid was born they tried their level best to say he got ADHD, speech delay, Lack of motor skills or some type of disability. I always defended my kid as I knew he is totally normal. He is now 7 and is doing very well academically and overall. I remember how when my kid was a baby back in 2013-2014 he was having 104 fever I took him to urgent care and they said it’s not possible. How can you say it’s not possible that my kid was having 104 fever. I have many incidents like this. They let him go without any diagnosis or med. we ended up treating him at home. I am also coming from an educated family where we have doctors. It’s very hard to find a good doctor who is willing to listen to the patient rather than imposing their opinions on patient. My 2 1/2 month baby is teething and I told that to the nurse(Renee) on phone. She straight away said oh no no that is very early and not possible I told her it is as we teethed very early around same month. She again said it’s not. My parents have 5 kids and we all teethed very early. Just because she haven’t seen case like this does not mean it doesn’t happen. My baby is clearly showing symptoms of teething and it is possible. I am the mother I know my child better than them. They need to listen to their patients. I’ll soon pull all my kids out of UW overall.

Urgent care waiting area is combined with the lab and internal medicine waiting area. It fills up fast. No social distancing option for the waiting area. Some people pulled their masks down after check-in. The clinic didn’t even tell people in line to give distance to other patients coming in for services. Horrible patient experience.

Hit or miss, sometimes they will treat you; others they won't. I've been in there several times for the same thing and have received VASTLY different care each time.n*Was refused adequate care on 6/7/20, attending Phys was S. Montgomery, MDn*Update: Contacted another care provider and was provided with more information that was relevant to my condition. My wife and I have discussed it further, we'll be filling a formal complaint.

Inappropriately rude. There are many other clinics and locations to visit and I suggest just going straight to the UW ER and avoid this mess of a clinic. You will probably be served faster with much better care at the ER.
