I went here with my 2 year old daughter. While the wait was admittedly long, it was well worth it. We saw Dr Clark. He listened to my concerns about my daughters health and took action. It was so nice to have a doctor actually listen. He also had very good bedside manner. He than pulled several strings to get her into a necessary surgery a month and a half before he had any openings. Overall, 5 stars! I highly recommend!

Dr. Clarke is great, HOWEVER, there was never any follow through with another swallowing test and then got stuck with a 250. Bill. They never worked with me and sent me too Automated recovery services. Bunch of crooks along with Attorney Patricia Simpson. They are all in each others pockets and are all a theives!

Dr Holley was nice enough but the follow through is awful. Nobody called me back to let me know the results of the tests they ordered. I had to finally ask my primary if he had heard anything yet but he hadn’t. He is requesting my information now. When I called to find out my results the office staff was rude and short on the phone. They definitely need help with customer service skills. Needless to say it’s been several months since my tests were ran and I still don’t have my results. Definitely go somewhere else perhaps Durango can offer something better.

Worse office staff! It's unfortunate that such a great doctor like Dr. Clarke depends on rude and disrespectful behavior that their front office Amber and office manager Wendy demonstrate. It's also unfortunate that Pinon ENT runs the monopoly in the area. Needless to say this will be my last appointment my money will be going elsewhere.

Dr. David L. Wilkey. The worst customer service!!! Before I schedule an appointment for my daughter I called the office to make sure that her insurance will be accepted. They said YES. So we have to wait 1-1/2 months for an opening to get in to see the doctor. The appointment was scheduled at 2.15 pm. My daughter and I waited in the lobby until 3 pm to hear that they actually DON’T accepted her insurance and we would have to pay full price. Really? I had to wait 1.5 month and an hour in the lobby to receive this kind of service and response about my sick child! While waiting in the lobby nobody apologized for the wait time, gentlemen in front of us left as he was tired of waiting. Receptionist is the most unfriendly person you could even imagine, like a cold robot. I very much doubt the professionalism of the doctor would be any better (even though I did not have a chance to see him), since he surrounds himself with such unprofessional staff. This place is disorganized, irresponsible, definitely not customer friendly, and customer service is not their first or second priority.
