This place is ridiculous.. call and they never call back. They need to realize their patients are HEART patients.. which means they habe some serious issues ..

Dr. Sandhu is the best. Got an appt for my husband and he wanted a procedure scheduled right away. But as the VA had the Authorization still en route-the scheduler said no to scheduling until the VA paper got there. So I until it arrived within an hour. However by then the scheduler had other things to attend to and now again it is a waiting game. But the doc is likable and thorough and would have accomplished my husbands care in a very timely manner. I have full confidence, that we finally have a good doctor.

Dr Chopra’s nurse was not aware of the connection between medications and conditions having to ask if I had a history of asthma when I showed her the medications I was taking. Dr Chopra was not even aware of why I was there although I had previously had a pulmonary function test. He took 2 seconds to listen to my breath sounds said they were fine and I was on the correct medication and the inability to take a deep breath was something that would pass. What a waste of my time and money.

Can't even get an appointment at this place. They forward your call to voicemail, the voicemail says the'll call you back in 48 hours, and they never call you back. If you have heart trouble, it's best to go to Durango. Anything affiliated with this hospital here has the same issues: voicemail, no callback, therefore no appointment.
