San Juan Regional Medical Center

This was a referred and recommended agency but won't be giving them a thumbs up. Great on the phone. The evaluation seemed detailed and complete but when it came to "delivering" what was asked for and promised it didn't happen.

I have just learned of Drproducts from a friend and have placed my first order for the Restore product for personal use as well as some recommendations made for a friend of mine with serious health issues.  I am so looking forward to my new program but I did want to thank the staff at the office, during a very busy day, that gave me such excellent service.

My daugter was in a car accident, we drove 800 miles from Texas to be here and help her get home after surgery. Due to govornors order we cant go in and see her. Imagine that. Guess its not the hospital fault but the level of care and compassion from the reception area was severely lacking. No compassion, help to escalate, etc. Nope We are out of state and out of luck. Meanwhile, im sure they will accept my out of state check for the bill.

Came in for EXTREME pain gave me nothing but pain medication and expired milk

If your loved one is ever having any kind of issues with their mental health do not take them to San Juan regional hospital. If they are suicidal they will not place them on an involuntary hold they will in fact send them straight home without an regard to the patients wellbeing, the families wellbeing and safety, and the communities safety and well being. They will also not hesitate to not inform you that your loved one had been carted off to the correctionalcenter. If you have insurance and the means to travel I'd advise going ANYWHERE ELSE BUT SAN JUAN REGIONAL.
