Teague, the branch manager, helped answer all my questions about my account and was very nice and knowledgeable. It's always nice when the manager is nice and seems like he likes his job, because it's not too common anymore. Best US Bank I have been to, and going here is a very nice experience every time. 5/5, A+

I needed help with getting a temp ATM card as I was leaving for vacation and would need ATM services. It was on the day it was -25 and bank was short staffed. Despite this and the somewhat time consuming task I came in with the bank manager and one of the two drive-up tellers took care of my issue in a timely manner. The point I really want to stress is that they did this with a cheerful and can do attitude even though they were short staffed due to the cold weather. exceeding my expectations.

As a longtime US Bank member, I've come to expect nothing but the best in regards to customer service and ease of interaction. Unfortunately, a recent visit to this particular branch left me greatly disappointed. In the simple process of a deposit and withdrawal transaction, I was made to feel unwelcome and incompetent. I will however, likely utilize this branch again, and will hope for service that is held to a higher standard or will otherwise find another branch to utilize and encourage others to do so as well.

This bank steals from customers. Class Action lawsuit against them for reordering transactions in order to assess extra fees on accounts. Once I asked for an accurate statement given their admissions in court they stopped answering my calls and threatened to call police if I did not leave. Just to note I wasn't asking for money or anything just an accurate statement given the admissions US Bank made in court. Worst bank ever makes Wells Fargo look like Jesus.
