My endoscopy for GERD (acid reflux) was in 2016, but the staff were professional and helpful. Recently I've needed to request my records to discuss further treatment options with surgeons and the staff has been very helpful in providing my records and very pleasant to deal with.
I had a terrible experience. Doctors and assistants do not listen. They always think they're right even when they're not. They talk down on you and belittle you. I don't know if it's age or what but it is not ok for a "professional" to act this way. Unacceptable.
