I can usually find what I'm looking for, they have a nice selection. On the downside, staff (except the checkout young woman who was nice) is pretty good at making you feel you're bothering them--and I've definitely never had anyone approach ME and ask if I needed help (my first trip or two I was definitely lost and I'm sure looked like it, Lol). It does seem this store has some pretty good sales, and I got $15 knocked off my 99$ boots just for signing up for emails (took two extra minutes). In & out in ten minutes with the gorgeous but sturdy boots it looks like I'll be needing next weekend!
Time after time I come to use these seemingly awesome coupons- specifically the $30 off a $49 purchase, and every time there seems to be a reason that the coupon doesn’t work! This time, I managed to find a shoe that was not on the looooong list of brands that didn’t qualify for the coupon, and when I went to pay, the cashier told me that I couldn’t use this massive coupon because there is a 20% boot sale going in. I’m sorry, 20% off is most definitely NOT a better deal than $30 off!!! The customer should have a choice as to which coupon I use... or perhaps you even let a customer use two coupons!
