I wouldn’t even give it one star. I just went to deposit my bill money for the month. The atm ate half of it, no receipt or anything. The people in the branch ignored me. After standing in the cold in front of the atm for half an hour I managed to file a claim, which will be investigated and possibly resolved within 45 days. I bet they’re not going to pay my late fees or interest though. And just a few days before Christmas.
Googled IBC bank near me and they popped up. Go all the way rhtheand they say they're not. Had to drive and locate one. Very disappointed.
