We have been pleased with our service from this branch thus far. The staff are pleasant and eager to help, from the front desk to the bankers themselves.nnThe only real downside that I've found with this location is the inconvenience of access. The entrances are down the road a bit, and you have to cut back. Additionally, the parking lot was not designed to allow any real flow of traffic for the businesses in this development, which is unfortunate, but not Park Bank's fault.
Very inconvenient to get to drive past it turn and go through a maze in the parking lot satellite counters do not have withdrawal or deposit slips have to go to the main counter get what you need go to a satellite counter fill out your paperwork go back to the main counter to do your transactions I wouldn't have even given it one star except that's the only way I could get in to make a comment
Great customer service, excellent knowledge of different funds and they know your name!
