I have been with Monona Bank (Middleton Community Bank) for nine years. They started with a fantastic commercial mortgage rate and time frame, making it possible for my business to pay off the mortgage before it matured so it would not have to be renewed. Thank you! I also moved my 40 year old business account to them and have been treated fantastic. Rich my business banker is spot on with my business and feelings. I want to thank all the staff from on line banking to the lobby.....you do a very professional friendly customer service.

Monona State Bank has served most of my personal and business banking needs for years. They are competent, honest, helpful and community minded. When the economy was melting down and other banks were running from their obligations, MSB continued to stand behind me as if nothing happened. They've provided home mortgages, car loans, and investment instruments, as well as business loans and a line of credit. Their electronic banking service is easy to use and secure. They are trusted advisors and good friends. Monona State Bank is a credit to the Banking system and a valuable community resource deserving of our patronage. There may be other banks as good but I believe none better. You won't regret having a relationship with this bank.
