Overall really good food and would recommend. The chicken strips were SO good and the ranch and the fries were excellent. The burger was pretty average but good. The cheese curds were okay, not terrible but nothing special. We just got take out and it was fast and reasonably priced. No employees were wearing masks and there we no social distancing guidelines in the restaurant so that was disappointing.
Service was a bit slow but food was good.
We love the Thirsty Badger and come here often. They have excellent burgers and wings and a nice outdoor sitting area. The beer is good too ud83cudf7b
I've had great service at this bar before but our last visit was disappointing. We had friends visiting from out of town and we were excited to have lunch and drinks at their outside bar. We arrived around 1:30pm on a nice, sunny, Saturday during Labor Day weekend and was told the outside area was closed but would open at 3:00pm. We decided to go into Chippewa to a brewery and came back at 3:15pm. The outside bar was still not open and we were now told it would open at 4:00pm. Since we were all extremely hungry by then we decided to go somewhere else. Just to check for fun we called at 4:30pm to see if they actually opened their outside area. They were still not open.nnSeems like they might have some staffing issues or not understand that you should have your outside bar open on an absolutely beautiful Saturday.
Friendly staff and what seemed like regulars making you feel welcome even if you are from MN. Great outdoor Space and stiff cap’n diets. My kind of place.
