Horrible customer service!! I made several attempts to place a corporate order for dog treats. I called...and called...and called...and so on. Several calls unanswered, left voicemails, the phone would pick up, someone would answer and then literally hang up. Must be nice to have enough business that you don't care about any new business.
Took my dog on Sunday for a nail trim at 4:30 sign says visit sanitizing station first, look everywhere no station, open the door and ask where the sanitizing station is, "what sanitizing station" walk in ask for a nail trim, "sorry the groomers leave at 3" ok then clearly state on Google nothing for the last two hours we are open and then people won't drive across town for nothing. They used to have the best customer service at the old location this one no thanks.
