Not being a big user of cell phones I was concerned that I had dropped my phone and the cover or glass had cracked really bad. I made a few calls and Nick at Phone Zone was able to let me know what I needed and that they had the glass replacement piece. So I went to the Phone Zone in El Cajon on Avocado and Chase. I met with Nick and he checked out my phone and it turned out I only needed the protective cover piece and that the glass underneath was fine. It was only $20 to replace and only took about 5 minutes for the whole process and I was on my way. Nick was very professional, kind, and courteous and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. I would highly recommend them for any type of phone issues. Especially if your screen is cracked.
