Don't go 3/4 of the cages were empty! There was one staff member that was rude! Made the visit uncomfortable. All the ponds were full of algae and trash on the ground!nnSave you money and go to De Pere nature center They have a really nice zoo an the cages are full and the people were really nice and IT'S FREE!
Definitely the worst zoo we have ever been to!! I had looked at my account the next day to find out they had taken $270 out of my account!!! It blew my mind, i went back to look at my receipt from them and sure enough it said $27, which is what it was supposed to be, so tell me how my receipt can say $27, yet they took $270!!!! It took them FOUR days to put the $243 back into my account! No apologies or anything!! We will never be bringing our family here again!!
Great event for children of all ages, even fun for adults. Quite a few stops that have candy. Love the halloween decorations that are set up throughout the zoo. Second time going there, probably will go again next year. I would recommend buying tickets ahead of time.
