We are so happy with our Doctors here at Prevea Howard. My husband and I see Dr Rust and we take our son to Dr Rankin. Friendly staff. Great office hours. So thankful!

Disgusted with the lack of help by their Urgent Care controlling the pain of my Shingles. Sent me out the door with a piece of paper telling me all about my wonderful disease. Told me to take Tylenol and Ibu, and that I need to come back and see them if that doesn’t do the job. So I am going another night without sleep because there was no one staffed to actually help me with pain management for my condition. Complete waste of my time and money. Now I’ll have to drive back there tomorrow in no real condition that I should be driving a vehicle.
