This place is phenomenal! All of the employees are very welcoming and make you feel like you’re at home sitting in your pajamas drinking beer. Food is great too. Highly recommend this place.

On September 15 we had lunch with a party of five. We were seated inside first and then moved outside. Employees behind the bar were not wearing masks. Our waitress had a mask on only part of her face when she took our order. When she came back to serve, she was not wearing a mask at all. She then moved from our table to another table and had an animated conversation with 3 patrons who were not wearing masks. She then moved to another table with 2 patrons who were not wearing masks and had a conversation with them. I do not know what she did when she went inside. None of us felt safe and we will not return. Statistics show that 50% of the people who dine at restaurants. Now I understand why.

Plank Road Pub and Grill is located just off I-41 with easy access from the frontage road. New concrete parking lot and a new roof. Plank Road offers typical bar food with plenty of socially distanced seating.nnFriendly and attentive service staff.

Horrible service from a female bartender last night. She was so unbelievably rude. My friend and I were outside, I ordered a margarita and my friend ordered a mule. We could tell the bartender was very annoyed that we ordered these drinks because she had to go inside for them. I finished my drink at the outside bar and was waiting for her to ask if I’d like another which she clearly knew I did. I had to ask for another drink and she rolled her eyes and said sure. She immediately went inside to get it before I could even tell her what I’d like to order! I actually didn’t even want the same thing. She came out with the same drink and I told her “I actually wanted strawberry but it’s fine” all she said was “k” She didn’t even apologize or offer to get me what I actually wanted. She was so rude to me the entire night and ignored my friend and I. I’m so disappointed.
