We came here for a birthday party - and it was wonderful! The space is beautiful and although a huge venue - really felt warm and cozy. The food and booze hit the spot and our server was hustling back/forth with our drink orders all night. I tried the salmon with couscous and continue to day dream about it until I get to have it again. This place was definitely COVID conscious / kept their patrons and wait staff safe. It was a treat to be able to get out of the house, and feel safe in their restaurant.

I can't imagine a better dining experience than we had at Hinterland today. They have a well staffed facility and everybody is very attentive to your needs. They have several folks who seem to do nothing but clean and sanitize. They provide a wonderful environment, have a great selection of drinks and food. It's not the cheapest place to dine, but considering the quality of the food and staff, it's worth it. You won't be disappointed!!

Service was slow but all staff was very friendly, so not a big deal. Atmosphere not as nice as the old location, but we enjoyed the natural light. Cheese curds and mac & cheese were great, but the fried chicken was mediocre. It was also bloody, but the manager explained it’s not a food-safety concern, put our minds at ease, and gave us a free dessert to make up for it. (Best key lime pie I can remember). Oktoberfest and Summer Slammer were delicious and highly recommend. All-in-all a satisfying experience and we’ll dine here again. Note: there is a 3% charge for using a credit card... could have told us that BEFORE we paid....

Unique menu of the highest quality. Service is always excellent with a wide selection of tasty beers. On of our favorites I'm the Green Bay area.

This place is amazing. I have honestly never had such a good burger! First time visiting this place and we will definitely be back! Our waiter was great! His name was Jim and he even offered us samples of the beer before we ordered! Such a great atmosphere and the food is amazing!
