Our Red Lobster visit yesterday was quite disappointing. We actually splurged to go out for lobster and the best thing about the meal was the biscuits! The Caesar salads tasted more like water than anything, barely any dressing on them and the lobster was not at all what we expected, it had almost no taste where previous lobster experiences always had sweet meat. The lobsters were difficult to get into with not that much meat. A pricey $100 meal that left us wishing we had gone elsewhere.
Very small portions, missing most of delivery order. They automate their phone so could not voice concern. This is $50 of food from Red Lobster, you were warnednnSorry don't do Facebook due to it's impartialality. Don't have an account. Looks like you did not leave a phone number so sorry.
Food was good. Steaks were perfect. (Crab legs were not hot as i would have preferred, but they were delicious even if a little soft shelled) Service was good.
The Lobster pizza was way too salty but the worst was their behaviour with the customer! The girls were selective in their greetings especially with the customers of color and as I waited for my turn to be seated, this came as a shock ! I have been a regular customer but this part of their selective behaviour really bothered me!
Just finished my birthday dinner at Red Lobster in Ashwaubenon. Haley W. was our waitress and she was FANTASTIC! She met all our needs before we even new we needed it. She made my birthday great! The food was Amazing as always. Thanks so much!!!! Bless you.
