When ever I try to come here they don’t take much of my items when there’s mostly nothing wrong and them not taking it over the littles age they are. They are a scam. If I go there the next day they would take some of the items that they didn’t want last time. I think the one in Appleton is better but over all it’s kind of a scam. I will still sell items here but not many.

when a store says that masks are required during a pandemic as a customer who works also in customer service, you’d expect that that would be followed. I walked in, walked down one aisle, saw 6 people not wearing masks, saw 3 employees not wearing their masks over their noses, and I walked right out. I only go into stores that have mandatory mask requirements, so to put not only my health at risk but the people I come into contact with is awful when you are claiming to be a mask required business.

Torrid, maurices, viagoss, cacique, plus size items all new with tags and they offered me $7 for everything. Jeans alone were $90 Ummm no thanks, I'll sell it separately at a rummage sale and make way more. Place is a joke.

The workers were extremely unpleasant. I have been to this location multiple time to sell clothes or just shop, and almost everytime the employees are very rude and unfriendly. Last night I went to sell clothes and they took two items out of the huge box with name brand items. And they were just so rude they were acting like they didn't want to be there which I understand, but you can still pretend to be nice to costumers. I will most definitely not recommend this location to anyone. I have never had a worse costumer service experience!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I tried selling my Adidas shoes here. They still look brand new. they are worth at least 50.00. They took one look at them and said we can only give you 10.00 for these shoes.nDoes this store not look up how much items are actually worth?
