I called back to get information on a previous visit to the office, and the nurse was very irritable and snappy with her responses/remarks. She apparently had formed preconceived notions/impressions in her mind about certain patients, and I could tell by how she was treating the situation. I did not appreciate her insensitivity when trying to get help! You need to be more understanding - not form ideologies and become discriminatory. No, he had not done this before, and did not know how is was all performed!

I like the staff and service there I went twice and I like it. It doesn’t take 45 minutes to be seen

I love this place...as much as one can, anyway. Great service and very clean. Friendly staff that listen well.

Extremely slow and terrible service... I'll never go there for urgent care again... Took 45 minutes to be called to the back...

Hand sanitizer is for camping or when someone cannot find a sink and soap, not a primary mode of hygiene in a hospital setting. It is gross when nurse practitioners and doctors can't spend 20 seconds to wash their hands before touching me. I mentioned it to my nurse practitioner today and instead of washing her hands, I got attitude about how she would rather not get the flu. Not only does hand sanitizer not kill all bacteria and viruses, it also contains ingredients that break down the dermal layer of our skin allowing toxins and contaminants to be absorbed more easily. Staff in facilities that experienced norovirus outbreaks were six times more likely to use hand sanitizers equally or more than soap and water for routine hand hygiene, according a 2011 study (Am J Infect Control 2011;39:296–301). Even the CDC says to use hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available. I could clearly see a hand washing sink with soap. I used the hand washing sink myself and it did not look like it got much use. This is not the first time I have mentioned this to your staff. Please go back to regular hand washing when staff enter and leave the room. Especially after they touch the keyboard of their computers.
