Order was late, like warm and incomplete.
We went for lunch Wednesday December 2, 2020. TOTAL disappointment!! We will never go back!! The food was served COLD. I ordered a Philly Steak Sandwich and the sandwich and the fries were COLD! I never send back food! Just because, well, you know, it’s something I’m going to put in my mouth after I have angered someone! My husband ordered wings with celery sticks? The celery sticks were shredded as thin as shredded lettuce. The wings were the size of a quarter. ( the coin). Poor service!!! The waiter had absolutely NO training! Slow and ignored us a lot! I had to keep asking him to help us! And the worst part of the whole debacle was the price they charged us for COLD food, disgustingly small chicken wings, and shredded celery!! My advice go someplace else!!! Horrible service and overpriced COLD food!!
Food was alright, our waitress was great (Kayle)! She was the only person that actually kept her mask on the entire time and wore it correctly. Even the bar tender who was making drinks and talking to customers kept taking it off, or had it below her nose. Kinda sucks, because we usually like it here. Just felt uncomfortable the whole night.
Brings back memories
Food and staff were good, restaurant was clean and the wait for a table was reasonable. The prices and atmosphere were as expected. A typical bw3s experience. Our only major complaints were 1) do they not give put plates anymore when sharing appetizers and wings? Strange, is that a pandemic procedure? I would have asked but server came back too late 2) being there later in the evening it seemed like staff was just trying to push people out the door to close
