Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of fire arms and supplies. Can't imagine what anyone can complain about this place. We shop there on a regular basis and have never had a problem.
To be honest I am disappointed in the fire line store in Rice Lake now. It seems like for the past year they have been taking away all the fun cool weapons to rent as well as Buy. I have found myself going to other sources for not only firearms, but other things they used to have. I enjoy the workers I enjoy the range, but if that's all the store has to offer now I can go elsewhere to shoot and far less expensive.
Went last night to purchase a couple guns. They said our background check wouldn’t come in because the office was closed but they would call us in the morning when they got in. We waited around for over an hour until we called and got word it was approved. Went in to pick up the purchase today and a different employee said we were approved the night before. All together the experience was disappointing. I can’t recommend going here. 2 out of 3 employees weren’t very helpful or friendly. Definitely won’t be going back.
Top notch range with a great staff. I took the conceal carry class and fully understand why I was told to come here. I hope i never have to use deadly force but I'm better prepared to protect my family. Thanks guys.
I have been in this store on 2 separate occasions and both times I was met by 2 different staff members. Both staff members treated me with arrogance and seemed like they were trying to make me feel stupid for things I said and questions I had, at the same time only trying to sell me the type of gun he preferred even though it was not at all what I was looking for. I went in very excited and left with me and the company I was there with promising ourselves we would never return.
