Great customer service
Called the establishment at 1:18pm on Monday, February 18, 2019, politely asking for a manager or owner. The female answering the phone hesitated, asking why I was calling. I said I had a question regarding an event they were sponsoring (at Ridgeland Pioneer Days). The female proceeded to tell me she was the owner, but refused to give me her name. I told her I was not believing her then & that I would think that information would be public knowledge. We ended the call then, as I could not verify her authenticity. I just want people to know how poorly this place handled my call. Clearly, they are receiving backlash over some sketchy (animal abuse) activities they are sponsors of. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, as they clearly would like to avoid the issue or do not care to change. I do not wish to even give them ONE star, but the rating system forces you to.
