Sales rep very friendly and knowledgeable, products were great. Verizon online screwed up order and he fixed it took a bit because of Verizon. But he handled it very well. Definitely will be going back from now on. My new place to go for Verizon. Stop in check them out they are VERY helpful!!

I had problem with my talk textnI called yesterday. He didn't know what it was.nnI went to the store and the nice employee had researched my problem. He didn't know I was calling in.nnFound out it's a system update glitch and the problem will be fixed soon
