Great place to buy local meat but here is my reason behind 3 stars.nnCut of meats - they seem to not know what some cuts even are. For a place that butchers meats they should know all cuts of meats.nnSausage- good brats and Sausage BUT I do not think they make them there. The ingredients show a bunch of fillers in it like corn vs sugar. Most places that make there own use real ingredients. There is no need to add soy protein as a filler in a brat. That alone tells me this stuff is not made like a real butcher shop makes there own.nnAll in all, good place for some meats but could be way better with better ingredients in the sausages.nnThere pork is hands down best Pork i had. Skip the store bought meats and go here.

Hi John,, just gotta tell ya. I have been Bringing in my venison For the last 5 years now. Always have you guys process 3lb garlic sticks venison summer and your hot sticks. Took it to the school district today, with cheese and crackers. OVERWHELMING RESPONSE!! Where did you have done,, did you make that yourself,, delicious,, sausage wasn't greasy,, the perfect amount of garlic,, would you sell me a stick. And so on. I told them all Wisconsin River Meats.......nNEVER,NEVER, EVER change that recipe!!!! Good thing I was successful this year and bagged two because the first one I like to give some to family, friends, etc. The 2nd one is staying here. Like always,, excellent meats. Next year I want a discount :)ud83dudc4d

We live in Key Largo, FL, but originally from WI. We miss the fresh cheese and meats you can only find at small family owned business in northern WI. We found Wisconsin River Meats online, and since they shipped to FL, decided to try their cheese and venison sausage. WOW! So, good! So , fresh! We’ve been ordering every couple months, and serving at parties. Our friends LOVE the products so much, we have begun ordering for them, too! Born and raised Floridians say they have never tasted cheese so creamy, so fresh. We can’t buy sausage, jerky, or cheese from the grocery stores anymore. Doesn’t compare. On my last order, they forgot to pack the bacon we decided to try. They shipped it the next day, with a little snack for us. All we can say is that it was worth the wait. The BEST bacon we have ever had! We will continue to buy for ourselves and our friends! Product quality 5 stars. Customer service 5 stars.

O wow as always getting my deer cut up n I know it's going to be so very much yummy, I've been there before n always welcome me with a smile as well, I will always come back again it's great very great meat counter too nice n fresh smells so very yummy
