My wife and I come here at least once per month for their amazing pizza. Every bartender we have had has been amazing, and we are critiqing because my wife was a bar/restaurant manager for years. Not sure why people have had bad experiences because we have been here dozens of times (locals) and NEVER had a bad anything! Get the pizza, have a drink, enjoy life!
Poor and slow service. Handed us the appetizers after they gave us our meals. All of it was cold and took them forever to bring it out. And when they brought it out they originally brought out wrongs items and kept having to call them back over because they kept forgetting stuff. And barely checked up for refills. 10/10 would not recommend. And it wasn’t even busy so I don’t get why it was like that.
My server was nice but the kitchen didn’t make my food correctly and when asked to fix it it still didn’t make all the ingredients to the plate. It’s unfortunate because I like Chula Vista and this was our last stop before leaving so it was a bit disappointing.
Food was good but it took 3o+ minutes to get and our waiter didn't really know what he was doing. One of my family members had to go up to the counter to ask for a refill and it still took them about 5 minutes to get it.
Not only did it take pretty long for them to make our food, but two of the dishes were cold and the steak was horrible. They were barely any meat on the ribs; it was a disaster. At least they can make burgers.
