Trip to Ace Hardware started out well. First employee was most helpful in trying to solve my problem. She asked for help from another employee that said that they didn't carry the part and I should go elsewhere. He did suggest that if I had photos perhaps he could come up with something. I went home took pictures went back to store, again the first employee tried to help but was then told that she was needed up front and there was only so much time one could spend.... I understood what that meant. I can honestly say I will never shop here again. I would rather drive 30 minutes away and go to Home Depot.
Super nice and helpful staff. Not the most well stocked ace hardware I've been to but good variety to get my odd jobs done.
Only had good experiences here. Appreciate their curbside service for the COVID-19 crisis. Only had good experiences with the staff as well
A very helpful staff. Would of given five stars but they don't always carry the correct size of parts that I need and I have to go to a larger department store.
