Richardson’s Tavern

Everything was fantastic. Food was delicious, service was great, aesthetic is quaint but elegant.

We came to the tavern while staying at another hotel down the street. Service and food were great, and the setting was beautiful--we were at a table outside on the back balcony which I highly recommend sitting nice weather!

We popped in for dinner and were extremely disappointed - Burger was cold, fries were clearly reheated, order was wrong. No effort made by waitress to make it better when she realized it was wrong. We won’t come back.

Very poor-quality food and drinks. I ordered my usual go-to, a Lemon Drop cocktail, but it was so bad that I considered sending it back--something I've never done with a cocktail. Food was really bland and very overcooked. The atmosphere is nice, however, and our server was friendly and competent. But the terrible food and drinks were not worth the hour long wait and $100+ cost of our meal. Will not go return.

We’ve been to this restaurant several times and the food is good. But the new policy is very frustrating. We tried going to eat there multiple nights in a row, and every night they would tell us that we couldn’t get a table until 8:30 and that if we can back early the next day, we might be able to get a table. If you aren’t staying in the inn, don’t even bother trying.
