Super friendly staff who agreed to open for me 6:30 Christmas Eve to accommodate my request to rent skis for my daughter. I also sharpened my own skis there overnight. Service was terrific and price was unbeatable.

Excellent customer service, nicest people there and best quality of rental equipment. Plus it's the best price in town.

If I could give no stars, or negative stars...was told to fill out information, standing and waiting patiently, was asked by man what we needed. I replied we need to get fitted for skis. He replies, well you need to sit over there, we're busy. Very rude, abrupt, just basically a jerk. So we left and went to another place and gave them our nearly $300. Paid a bit more but customer service is worth it. Don't support this business unless you support rudeness
