Very good very everyone was very helpful
In November I brought a piece of equipment in for repair. I was told that they were busy and probably couldn't get to it for about 4 weeks. I was fine with that. On January 2nd Swish contacted me to discuss the issues I was having with the machine. I assumed at that point it was getting worked on. February rolls around and I start calling and leaving messages to inquire about the repairs. I recieved no call backs. Today is February 13th I drive down to pick up my unrepaired equipment. I walk in and the woman working barely acknowledged me. I explained the situation of how long I have been waiting for this repair. She says she can't help me. I look to left and see my machine sitting there. I tell the woman that is my machine and that I'm going to take it and go. She looked at me and said fine take it. She did absolutely nothing to confirm that the $3,000 piece equipment that I was walking out with was actually mine and just let me go with it.nIt is very unlikely that I will ever do business with Swish again.
Nice staff. Great variety of janitorial cleaning products and supplies. Prices range all over the place, but you usually have several options and price ranges to choose from.
Always an easy delivery.
