Bob met me on a Sunday to tow my bmw due to a failed starter. My car is lowered and through expert technique Bob was able to get the car on the flat bed despite me not having a tow hook. He even recommended a European specialty shop to do the service which AAA was unsuccessful doing.nnIf you’re in a bind, call these guys and they’ll be sure to help! Thanks Bob!

We had a control arm break while travelling from NH to PA on Sunday night, July 5th. Fortunately, we broke down about a 1/4 mile from Benny's. Bob came out and towed us back to the garage. On Monday, I called first thing in the morning, and they weren't sure if they would be able to get it in because they had a full garage, but they said they would do their best. I called early in the afternoon to check on it, and they already had one side fixed, and were working on the other side! We were able to pick up the vehicle at the end of the day on Monday, and they charged us a fair price for the repair and the tow. Steve also advised us on additional work that needed to be done. However, at my request, he had only done what was necessary to get us back on our way. They were all very understanding, friendly, and helpful.

last Feb (2020) I was in a tough situation to get our truck vacated from a parking lot in Westminster on a SundaynThe truck had a flat and I had already ordered new tires for itnBennys was the only service around who towed on SundaysnThey got the truck out that day (good communications by the way)nTwo days later my tires arrived and I brought them to their shopnThe following Thursday afternoon I picked up the truck (w/ an oil change as well as the new tires installed) at what I considered a very reasonable costnThat said I would also mention that the gentlemen I dealt with were just that: A pleasure doing business withnThanks for making an experience easily forgotten as one very appreciated
