I had a very bad online experience with this small business. Very poor customer service. I will not order from DyakCraft again. **** I feel that since you responded to my initial review I need to clarify my review. I was very sorry to hear about the fire which happened at the business that supplied you with wood. I'm not sure what that has to do with your customer service and how you communicate or lack of communication regarding existing orders or potential new orders. I along with many others waited far too long to hear anything from DyakCraft on my order, for me it was years. Your diehard supporters make it very difficult to review DyakCraft online at certain sites and I feel if they want to be heard then all reviews should be heard. Thank you
