Very disappointed with the services. Specifically told the groomer what trim I wanted for my dog and they did what they pleased. The groomer left him with patches and an uneven coat not even kidding. To cover up for the botch of a job they said my dog was un compliant. My dog is only 8months and has only had one haircut in the past which was amazing. My dog has straight hair and its not like a poodles hair where it can get matted. Terrible groom. Not to mention a $57 charge for the service. Im furious. My dog is pure breed and a gorgeous bloodline. The way they did what they wanted because of times sake or for whatever other reason you can think of is just not acceptable. I was not able to pick my dog up due to work so my wife brought him home. To my surprise I barley could believe my eyes. This is not to slander its a very nice place but I am less then impressed by their grooming services.
I LOVE Willow Farm as much as my pup Sophia. I wouldn't get her food anywhere else.
They were a lot of help in the staff is very knowledgeable
