When I ordered (and paid for) a few packets of dip mix over two years ago, then waited --in vain -- a few weeks for their arrival, I decided to call. I left a message, then waited some more. I called again, left another message, waited a few more week -- then gave up. They've had my money for over two years, but I never received the product. My advice: don't deal with this company.

Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced spices/dip mixes. I have been buying them for about 6 years now, and always get rave compliments on my dips! My all time favorite is the Fire Roasted Garlic.

It took me 2 months to get my order and I was literally ignored by customer service during that time. My calls weren't returned. I couldn't track my order. Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER. I didn't even have a way to cancel the order. Worst experience ever.

this place SUCKS. They literally (and I mean LITERALLY) never answer the phone and it can take WEEKS or months to get a return phone call. Why do they even stay in business????
