Stopped in wanting a new phone. Sort of knew I wanted iPhone but was unsure. The lady was so helpful and knowledgeable and I absolutely love the phone I got!!!! Will go to this location again for sure

assistant manager was rude, snappy and unhelpful. told me i was wrong but their towers were down. id really love A BETTER PHONE COMPANY

The staff was very friendly when my husband i bought our pre-plan phones from them. We only had a few issues and with their help the were resolved. Next month will be one yr so we get to upgrade our phones. Thank you guys and gals at U S CELLULAR!!!
