Incredible customer service! I purchased a board game here and the board game manufacturer made a printing mistake but they wouldn’t directly replace the parts. I then contacted the store and they sent me the new pieces in two days. Couldn’t be happier!
Store full of fun things! Very conscious of sanitation and distancing. Planning a few more trips prior to Christmas, fun things, fun place, fun people!
“The Best Toy Store Ever!” Every time I enter the store I am always warmly welcomed by the awesome staff! So many Toys from birth to adults! You can never age out of this store! Don’t tell my children but I go there just as much for myself than I do for my kids. Such good quality items and Karen the owner is always super helpful to find us the perfect item! And bonus is we get to shop and support locally!
I love this store! Huge selection, knowledgeable employees. Even during the shutdown they went above and beyond in customer service. Now they are open with some restrictions that are clearly meant to keep us all healthy. I appreciate the thoughtfulness.
