I called as a new patient and before anything was scheduled my insurance was confirmed - love that! On the day of my visit the staff was very welcoming, the exam was thorough and efficient. And, Tiffany was professional, knowledgeable about insurance costs and discounts, and gave honest feedback when helping me choose new frames!
I was very pleased with the amount of time the doctor spent to ascertain very carefully and with relevant testing and screening the likely reasons for my problem and to devise a promising solution in the form of new medicine. All too often, hard pressed medical offices have to standardize or shorten the time spent by their personnel with their patients. My exam was very thorough. The doctor questioned me carefully to elicit any relevant information that could help determine a course of action. To a person, from those who receive us, to those who test us, to those who examine and treat us, to those who follow up with prescriptions and new appointments, this practice meets the highest standards and shows uncommon concern and helpfulness towards their patients.
(Actual rating would be 4.5*)nnThe staff is very pleasant and accommodating. My new glasses didn't feel right, so I called and they let me come in again to look at the prescription. They did another exam and determined that the lenses needed to be tweaked a bit. I also had the frames adjusted. Across four total visits, everyone was great and listened to my comments. There was no additional charge for the second exam, the new set of lenses, or the multiple adjustments to the frames.
Great service and great glasses. I called as a new patient and they confirmed my vision insurance and scheduled an appointment during the phone call. The exam was thorough and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my new glasses two weeks later. I’m very happy!
The atmosphere was welcoming. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The glasses frames are actually affordable even if you don't have insurance. I was extremely pleased with my visit.
