They are very professional at cleaning and taking care of your vacuum. They don’t push you to buy things you don’t need. I have had the same vacuum cleaner for 25 years and have gotten all my service done by them. I also buy my bags and filters and they always have everything in stock

I can’t recommend this shop enough. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fair. I’m so glad this shop exists, the owner has saved my vacuum more than once at an affordable price.

My experience working with Sarah at Aerus was a dream. We have purchased both a PureDry Air Purify and Dehumidifier as well as several vacuums for work. Amazing quality and even more amazing customer service!!nnUpdate: After using the PureDry Air Purifier for 6 months now in our finished basement, it has never smelled more clean. We get comments on it whenever we have guests.
