Just because I support our 2nd amendment
Don’t stand behind any of the stuff they sell! Bought a Remington R1 1911 took it home to shot and couldn’t even cycle the first round into the chamber! So didn’t shoot it and took it back the next day only to be told and I quote (I’m not giving your money back because I will take a big loss and lm not doing that! And I will have to do a lot of paperwork and I’m not doing that! The best I can do is send it back to Remington for you and it will be a few weeks before you get it back! Here’s something I spent 685.00 on only to have it no more than 12 hours now going to loss it for a few weeks! REALLY! Say nothing about how the JERK OFF who works for him treated me! They’ll never see another penny of my money! And anybody else in the market for a gun might what to go somewhere else!
At the beginning of December 2017 I went to that business for car repairs and state inspection. The car was driving perfectly well, except for the leak in the brakes. The mechanic told me he cannot inspect the vehicle just by doing repairs I asked for, and gave me a lengthy list of additional things he believed needed to be done to inspect the car. I obtained parts necessary to do that by the end of December, spending hundreds of dollars on them. Yet, when I brought the car back, the shop said even more has to be done. They did not wait for my answer, nor did they provide me with an estimate. Instead they just decided they did not want to have to deal with my car at all, and the owner even drove the car back to my home to prove the point. I am furious because that left me with purchased parts they asked for, and now did not want to install. Eventually, somebody else did the repairs, and inspected the car. And I ended up with more parts than needed. I am particularly riled up with the unprofessional approach at Cragins (no estimate) and with them not honoring what they said and wrote needed to be done at our first appointment, but instead breaking our agreement and trying to add more repairs to the already way too long a list.
These guys know their guns and are always happy to answer questions they sell new and used , the ammo prices are higher than say Wallmart but they're a local business , I have bought most of my guns here never an issue , the refurbish guns as well and do a fantastic job
