I've been taking my grandmother to balance work for the last year to address pain and irregular footwear needs that she has had for the better part of her life. David and his team have gone over-the-top to give my grandmother new footwear solutions that have totally changed her mobility and given her More pep in her step then we've seen in 20 years. These guys know footwear and foot related pain better than anyone we've worked with.
I had a pair of old hiking shoes re-soled here at the end of the fall season. I had to bring them back the following summer after a single hike, because one of the soles came right off (it didn't even look to be glued on). I explained the situation and was denied any kind of warranty because they weren't sure the initial repair was done by there. When I produced my copy of their original receipt, they STILL refused to fix their own work. They were also totally unhelpful when I then asked about gluing them back on myself. Pretty sad for a small business. Definitely never going back here again. Beware
