I was never into cheese except basic deli brands. At McCarren's farmer's market I tasted Consider Bardwell's and for two years it was a weekly addiction! Danby, Dorset, Slyboro, Manchester, Rupert-- went home with at least two! Now I hear it has closed?

One of the best cheese places in Vermont! We went as part of the Washington County Cheese Tour and this is always our favorite stop. The cheese of homemade and fantastic. The owners are wonderful. Love this place
