We decided to rent skis for the kids here instead of at Pico, and the staff were courteous, patient and extremely helpful! Much cheaper than places closer to Pico or at the mountain, but only 7 minutes drive. Highly recommended!
Tucker is amazing, litteraly brought in a board I just bought. He set it all up and adjusted it for me. Set me up with boots and a full tune.
Great snow shop! We came in along with a flood of people towards the end of the day, and the staff was friendly and efficient, as well as knowledgeable and fair. They offered helpful advice and recommended the right pair of goggles, opting not to attempt an up-sell to a more expensive model.nnSki & snowboard gear was in great condition and joy to use. Highly recommend!

So here i sit writing this with my season ski equipement from last season. I was told I could return until the middle of April. I drove to the ski shop on April 7th to find out it had closed for the season! Now here it is June. I have called and left numerous messages and no return call. To me they must not want any of my business in the future. I still feel misled by the teenage kid when I picked them up the stuff. I will go to Killington to get my stuff for next season, atleast they dont lie!!!!!!!!!!
