This place is great. I'm new to snowboarding and was having problems with my boots fitting, which I had bought used from an individual . They helped me by sizing me correctly (and come to find out I had a boot 2 sizes too large -- oops!) They helped me by showing me the different aspects that go into finding a correct boot and they got me fitted into one of theirs. Needless to say, I ended up buying the boots and they went on to help me with my bindings (and some other newbie mistakes that came along with the board.) They were super friendly the whole time even though I felt like an idiot. I highly recommend this store. It's hard to find customer service like this.
