My daughter and I went to the AT&T store looking for a new phone. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. (less than 5 minutes.) The young man was very helpful, pleasant, and patient with me. I am very hard of hearing and usually use lipreading and my hearing aid to understand what is being said. With the masks, that was not possible. My daughter used ASL and her familiar voice to translate. When we were finished and left the store, I had a brand new Samsung Galaxy phone in my hand! I am now a very satisfied AT&T customer! Our consultant was Tyler.
The staff there are all friendly and knowledgeable. Carly took excellent care of me during a difficult phone transfer. On a scale of 1 to 5 - these folks are a 10!! Would definitely recommend.
Tyler cook was exceptional! I came in with an issue with my drone and he assisted me and showed me a better way to do it using an android phone instead. Great customer service, that’s why I always go to the Rutland location!
