Very disappointed with support for my Morsoe 3610. Purchased stove new about eight years ago. Needed new seals for the doors and windows. Told they would be available in five to six days. Follow-up after Christmas, a week later, parts would be available the next week. Call today, 01/15/2020 and still no parts. Biggest disappointment is no follow up/ update on a simple but critical part for such a high end product.
These guys are very knowledgeable and will help you until you're satisfied.
Harman stoves are simply the best! I have been heating my house since 2008 with 2 stoves and no furnace without worries. Just recently had a problem with one of my stoves and employee sold me a 5$ gasket and walked me though install and was back and running in 1 hour. They also sell quality pellets for every price range. Can't go wrong
The installers were awesome, but the office staff is terrible. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. They stood me up on appointments twice and were rude about it. The final bill came in and, although the original was an estimate and a number of items were cheaper than estimated, other items were triple the original quote. Bad business practice.
