Tracking says my package was delivered. I searched outside my house, in the garage and even the place next to mine. Nope no package. The tracking didn’t even say where it was left. No local number to call. This is the second time they lost my package. Customer service rots.
Always a great experience when they deliver your package to an address in a town 20 miles away. Do they even look at the town it's supposed to go to? I'd give them zero stars if that was possible. Office is closed so we can't even call to find out why that happened. Now my son is driving to the address it was delivered to in an attempt to retrieve it. What a ud83eudd2c joke!

Apparently, the drivers can't read. My delivery THEY SAID was delivered almost 5 hrs ago. I'm home from surgery so I can't go anywhere so where the hell is my package. I live in a complex and each building is numbered so you can't make a mistake WELL THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME. REALLY GETTING SICK OF THIS.SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY. IF YOU CAN', T FIND RELIABLE DRIVERS THEN CLOSE YOUR DOORS.
Instead of delivering the package to the front door, the driver dropped it of at the end of our wheel chair accessible ramp! It is a grill that weighs 135 lbs! The driver wouldn't wheel it up the ramp?! Instead he leaves the box on the ground close to a well traveled road where it could have been stolen! SMH!
