Just received my order. Fast and affordable shipping to Canada. Product was exactly as I expected, packaged well. Price was really good.
Recently purchased Smith Knowledge OTG goggles as a Christmas gift for my dad! Pro Lens was very helpful in response to my messages and discussing what sort of goggles I was looking for. They helped me pick out these goggles in particular as they are fit to wear over glasses. Shipping was fast, I was very pleased that the package arrived in time for Christmas Eve! The reviews on Google are definitely skewed, I have always used Pro Lens for their helpful service. I will definitely come back for my next purchase!! Thank you!
Mostly mail order but there is a storefront 10 miles from Jay Peak and 1 mile from Canada. Staffed by the friendly and knowledgeable owner. Worth a visit if in the neighborhood or on line.
Placed order for back-ordered replacement lenses, credit card was promptly charged. Inquired via email and was told that they would ship in a couple weeks. Attempted to contact three times via email and phone over a month later, received no response. Did not receive shipping confirmation. Did not receive lenses. Vendor contacted me only after receiving a notification from my credit card company that I had disputed the charge.
Got my option lenses for my Oakley Airbrake googles quick and well packaged. Kinda get the feeling that the negative reviews here are somewhat uninformed. Ppl need to realize the manufacturers don't have hundreds for replacement lenses just sitting in a warehouse. They build to orders. Keeps overhead costs down. It's how they manage to compete with the cheaper brands on price. Prolens is a middleman. Even the ski shops are gonna refer you to the manufacturers if you need warranty or repairs. It's how their insurance works.
